Next Meeting – June 9th - NH DOT Truck Inspection at Fleet Ready in Hudson
Fleet Ready in Hudson, NH will be hosting our next meeting and the topic will be the NH DOT Truck Inspection. One of the most interesting and highly attended seminars, the DOT Truck Inspection, will be held at Fleet Ready in Hudson New Hampshire on Wednesday June 9th. The speaker for June's meeting is Trooper Carl Huddleston from the State of New Hampshire, State Police Troop G, Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicle Highway Patrol.
A mock DOT Roadside Truck Inspection will be performed. Bring your questions about DOT roadside inspections, compliance reviews, drug and alcohol testing, financial responsibility, CDL licensing, DOT-training requirements, rules of the road for commercial vehicle operations, parts and accessories for safe operation, cargo securement, hours of service for drivers, vehicle inspection, repair and maintenance and hazardous materials transportation.
This meeting always generates many questions as to procedures, policies, and expectations. In the interest of time - we ask that all questions be relevant to the subject matter. While your questions are always welcome, we ask that specific questions on your individual fleets be addressed at the end as time allows.
Directions to Fleet Ready: From Interstate 93 - Take Exit 4 to Route 102 West. Travel West for 5.3 miles. At the traffic light turn right (northwest) onto West Road. Fleet Ready is 1/4 mile down on your left. From the DW Highway - Take Exit 6 to Route 130 East (Broad Street) for 1.1 miles. Take Route 101A (Amherst Street) for 1.8 miles and merge onto Route 111 for 3/10 of a mile. Bear left onto Derry Road, which becomes Route 102 East. Travel 4.2 miles East to the traffic light at West Road. Turn left onto West Road. Fleet Ready is 1/4 mile down on your left.
